Titanium tube and pipe

Seamless tubes and pipts, manufactured by cold rolling process from extruded pipe
 blanks and annealed in vaccum annealing furnace, have varied outside diameter and
 wall-thickness. The ASTM B338 is newest standard for tube and have insteaded of
ASTM B861 and ASTM B863. The grade of tube customer need is Gr1, Gr2, Gr7 and
Gr9, the Gr2 is cheap and have good mechanical property, but the Gr9 is used for
titanium bike. Gr7 have best mechanical property, but price is highest, most customer
choose Gr2 for their equipment.

 

Titanium tube is typically used in commercial heat exchangers in grade 2. The

aerospace hydraulic lines, bicycle markets, wheelchairs, motorsports, sports

equipment have found grade 9 very beneficial to their applications because of the

light-weight and strength of titanium.

AVAILABLE SIZES:

Outside diameter is from 9.0mm to 85mm.

Wall thickness is from 0.889 to 8.5mm

Length is 1000mm, 6000mm, 12000mm.
