Titanium bar is forged from titanium ingots and billets, we produce a wide range of grades, the most common Gr2, Gr5, Gr7, Gr9 and Gr23. The bar is a very popular go-to for many products, bar lends itself to a multitude of products, from fasteners to jewelry. The bar acc. to ASTM B348 is for commercial use, acc. to ASTM F67 and ASTM F136 is for medical implant use, and acc. to AMS4928, it is aerospace material. The surface of bars are polish surface, machined surgface, centreless grind ground surface We will test the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and reduction of area for each batch of bars before shippment.

 

The condition of bar is Annealed, stress relief annealing and solution treated and aged, We also provides in-house product service such as shearing, saw cutting, chem.-milling, slitting and water-jet cutting.
